White beaches, walk to restaurants and shops! Family vacation /Romantic getaway!

Pros: Location & open kitchen was amazing. We found the bedroom and bathrooms & washer and dryer wonderful. Cons: expensive stay given WiFi was out the majority of our visit. Construction across the street was loud even on Saturday & Sunday, blocking the roadway. On Friday night the Pizza/cafe on the corner had loud music after 10pm- at 1am my usually tolerant husband went outside to ask them to shut it off!! We will pass on Clearwater next time and stay where a hurricane has recently hit. True that certain things are out of your control but you can be honest with potential visitors and let them know of the obvious inconveniences. We almost moved to a hotel but we had already spent nearly 2k for 4 nights on the stay at the cottage.

We had a great time. Perfect location close to the beach. Had everything we needed. The only bad parts were the internet kept going out and the washing machine had black mold in it.

Beautiful little cottage! Decorated so well! Amazing location - we counted it and it’s literally 100 steps to the beach! Very clean as well. Only reason we did not give it 5 stars was it was very humid in the house which made clothes, towels, sheets, paper towels, etc. uncomfortable. A dehumidifier would help for sure! Thanks for having us!

This property was in the perfect location and had everything you’d need for a beach vacation. The house was clean, beds were super comfortable, and our family was happy that it had two full bathrooms. It was walking distance to the pier, and tons of restaurants and shops- we parked our car and only used it once to go to the local grocery store, Publix. About 3 blocks away is a community pool that my daughter enjoyed, along with pickle ball and tennis courts. If you are thinking of this property, I’d definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The cottage was absolutely beautiful! So relaxing and right on the beach and everything we needed so close by with all great shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this great cottage for any family wanting a beautiful get away to the beach. Love it! We will be back!

Everything was very nice and comfortable.It was an excellent location,but most importantly the air conditioning didn’t go below 80 on the second night,which was terrible since we are starting a strong summer.

Wow! Absolutely lovely stay. Location is just perfect. Steps to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants, park, shopping. Photos don’t do it justice. The home is clearly loved for and has been beautifully renovated over the years and has a rich history. Very impressed and would certainly stay again.

We LOVED our stay at this cottage. Everything was as deacribed and there were the perfect amount of amenities to get us started for the week. The communication with the owner was prompt and clear with any questions we had. It was in perfect walking distance to parks and downtown. It also had onsite parking which was a very nice feature. The best part was we could see the water and beach from the dining room windows. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay.

Everything was good. I would rent here again. The only thing i have comment on is both bedding and all the towels were very damp/wet. We spent the first day drying everything. Not a real big issue but wasn't something i really wanted to do my firstday

Seashell is a great name for the beach. The location was perfect for beach access just a few steps away. The beach was in great shape considering two hurricanes went through. Some restaurants were still closed for repair but that was fine. The property could have stood to be cleaned before our stay. Sand/hair all over the house but other than that it was a very nice cottage.

Cannot stress enough how amazing the property and local area is. Beautifully presented yet felt homely and modern at the same time. Everything you could possibly need for a 1 night stay or 2 weeks. Literally 10 seconds walk from the beach where you can catch the dolphins and pelicans. Great communication throughout and very accommodating to our requests. Will definitely stay here again, here’s hoping for availability in May 26.

Really great location and home! Steps from the beach! Home had everything including beach towels and beach chairs! Would absolutely stay here again. Exceptional customer service too by the host! Attentive and kind. Worth it!

Right at the beach - we swam during the sunrise and two dolphins were beside us one morning. Lovely. But the house was not as clean as we would’ve liked. For example, when we pulled out the sofa bed, underneath was dirty and there was obvious trash there - it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Also, the grill is tiny and the charcoal had been left out - it must’ve been rained on because it wouldn’t light. We had to improvise. The good thing is that there was ample kitchenware for us to move the cookout inside. Also - the washer and dryer were great. The woman who runs the property is really nice and accommodating - she answered our questions happily. Unfortunately, we left a hat there that had special meaning but didn’t hear back when we asked about it. We would’ve paid to have it shipped to us. We wouldn’t rent the property again but still had a nice time.

We’ve been staying at Clearwater beach for nearly 30 years and this has been our favorite house Yet. Everything was perfect for us.

This was our 3rd time going back to this VRBO and I can't say enough good things about it. Host communication, location and cleanliness are 10/10. Kitchen and every day used supplies were well stocked. Walking distance to Pier 60 area. Already planning to go back next year!

We loved our stay. It is so close and convenient. We love the space and how easy it is to get to the beach. The home is clean and perfect for a beach vacation.

Awesome little beach cottage! Very clean, and just off of the beach. Really enjoyed the small pizza place directly across the street as well. Communication prior to arrival was excellent with Jenn as well!!! Would love to say here again!!
