Gym was so close and the pool too. Couldn’t use the pool due to the weather. Would highly recommend the property and renting the golf cart was a breeze.

Location was perfect for our family with kids - the Glo Pool was located just outside of our porch so it was very easy to swim with the kids. The amenities of the community are perfect - we did pickle ball; visited multiple pools; had food from the restaurants; had chairs/umbrella set up on the beach. Can't say enough good things about Cinnamon Shore :)

This house has a great layout, is decorated sooo cute, and the proximity to the boardwalk and ESPECIALLY the glow pool was a huge bonus. We loved everything about this house, and would definitely recommend.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a nice house, but we had several issues. We were woken in the middle of the night by the home’s fire alarm, situated on a tall ceiling. There was no ladder, so we called for help, but got no confirmation when calling 30 minutes later of anyone coming. We finally got it turned off ourselves by stacking things up in a dangerous way to try to reach the ceiling. Help came the next morning to fix the issue with the alarm, and then it went off again when we were catching up that day on rest we had missed. Additionally, the over wouldn’t work. Someone had left it on a smart mode where it wouldn’t come on. Cinnamon Shore did not reach out to us to make things right, even though I reached out to them nicely several times. In fact, no one in management ever reached out to apologize for the interrupted sleep or lack of assistance. This was our tenth year at CS and it will probably be our last. The bigger CS has gotten, the less concerned theu seem to be to provide good hospitality and customer service. This is a big aspect of a traveler’s experience on vacation. We will travel elsewhere if CS cannot focus on providing their customers a positive experience.
