Located beside the South West Costal path on the immediate outskirts of the historic fishing port of Padstow with its superb range of facilities for all ages - all year round.

Sleeping 4/5 Adults and 2 children in 3bedrooms with private lawned garden with patio to the rear - spacious living room and kitchen with separate dining room.
Pets are welcome at Webbers by prior arrangement. Linen and towels are not supplied.

Webbers is located in the hamlet of Crugmeer (Cornish: Krugmeur, great barrow) .

Crugmeer lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). about a mile and a half outside Padstow Town close to the South West Costal Path , less than 10 minutes' walk to the nearest beach at Trevone and about 15 minutes' walk from Tregirls beach in the estuary.

Ground Floor: Entrance Hall with slate tiled floor.

Living Room with 3 armchairs, a three seater sofa. coffee table and lamps, TV, DVD and slate tiled hearth with electric fire.

Dining room with dining room table and chairs. Feature inglenook fireplace with seating and original pantry with crockery and other essential items. Bookshelves with guide books ideal for planning local walks and exploring the area.

Kitchen with fitted base and wall units, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Well equipped with all the necessities for a self catering holiday - including Double Ninja Airfyer, George Foreman grill. Tea towels and cleaning materials are provided.

Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over, heated towel rail.

Stable door to the rear garden.

Stairs- to First Floor Landing with window to rear garden: stairs lead to landing and further steps to rooms

Bedroom 1: King-size bed with superking duvet with windows to both front and rear of the property, free standing electric heater with timer control, window seat, wardrobe, cupboards, clock radio, hairdryer and bedside lamps
Bedroom 2: 3’ Twin beds with built-in wardrobe, window seat, pine chest of drawers and bed side lamps and cabinets, electric wall heater.
Bedroom 3: 3’ Bunk beds with combined wardrobe/chest of drawers, window seat and small oil-filled radiator. Bottom bunk may be suitable for some adults.

Outside: Garden: To The Rear - large lawned garden area. Slate Patio area with Patio furniture. Washing line.

Parking - Allocated Parking close by to the property

Bedding: Bed linen and towels are not provided, bring your own or these can be hired locally, details available on request.
Duvets and Pillows provided.

Heating - Electric panel and night storage units.

Pet friendly - 2 dogs maximum - accepted by prior arrangement at £25 per pet for all stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.
