Waterfront Gem – Ocean and Pond Views, Steps to Beach! June availability

I stayed with my husband and our 8 year old. We can’t say enough great things about Marjorie and her house. The house was very clean and had all the accommodations necessary. The location was incredible with the ocean in the front and the boardwalk to the salt pond in the back. Marjorie communicated and worked with us above and beyond, she was extremely helpful and kind. We would definitely love to go back every year and make this a family vacation tradition.

Enjoy your coffee from a rocking chair on the front deck as the sun rises over the ocean, or watch seabirds on the salt pond in the back. A short walk in either direction takes you to pristine beaches where you can swim, fish, snorkle or kayak. The house is clean, cozy and filled with light, and everything you need for a romantic getaway or fun-filled family vacation.

I couldn’t dream up a better location! Ocean on one side and a gorgeous salt pond on the other. Great for kayaking. The house was clean and very well appointed with everything we needed. There are great places to dcplore in the area as well. Fabulous!

Beautiful scenery in all directions! We loved being so close to the beach and the Saltpond.

This place is absolutely perfect. The location cannot be beat, being able to walk across the street to the beach and also having the relaxing pond in the back, it truly is a piece of heaven. The house has everything you could need, and Margie was great to work with and very helpful. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

“My Piece of Heaven” certainly lived up to its name for me and my husband and our preseason getaway! Marjorie’s cottage is so comfortable and accommodating, and the furnishings are tastefully “beachy”. The best part are the front and back water views. You can be inside and still feel like you’re at the beach. The beach itself is stellar, with miles of pure white sand and clean clear water. Truly a piece of heaven!

You're completely surrounded by water! What more could you ask for? The beach is fantastic, not rocky like some parts of RI. The salt pond is actually the size of a lake and is so enjoyable in the evening as the sun sets. We got to meet some of the locals and they are all great people. Marjorie was a great host and we will definitely be coming back!

Location wonderful. You can't beat the view! Host very lovely and so nice! It's really a 1 bedroom. The 2nd converted bedroom is really behind a sliding vinyl panel. And the 2nd bathroom is outside down the stairs into another apartment. You need to bring all your own linens. And no washer/dryer. All that said the price was very fair. Not a reason not to go. But better to know upfront.
