Waterfront Cottage on Private Pond minutes from the Ocean and Bay

Lorina and Mike’s cottage is cute, clean, and comfortable, and they couldn’t be better, more responsive hosts. We so appreciated their approval of our last minute booking for this long weekend we so desperately needed. We especially loved the beautiful view of the pond, and eating and reading on their deck overlooking it. We will definitely be back!

Love, love, love this location on Minister's Pond in Eastham MA. This cottage is the quintessential Cape Cod experience, fresh water pond, close to the ocean beach.2 couples or a family of 4 are very comfortable here.

Quaint, cozy and comfortable!

The house was very clean and the location was great. Was also very quiet even though there are other cottages around the pond. We had an issue with getting the heat to work because it got very cool in the cottage during Hurricane Erin but eventually the owner got the service company to get it working.

The cottage welcomed us when we arrived. Everything was sparkly clean and fresh. We were in and out of Ptown a lot, but for the time we spent at the cottage, we were either on the screened porch or the deck, watching ducks and cormorants sunning on the swimming dock. The rowboats were a treat for morning gliding on the water. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to supplement what we brought. All in all, a wonderful place to chill out!

Tranquil cottage offered perfect amount of space in an outstanding location to explore mid-cape and outer cape attractions. We were very glad we brought our bikes and enjoyed riding at salt pond and along the bike trail and town beaches along the bay. The kids enjoyed swimming and boating at the pond. Meals were easy to prepare in the equipped kitchen and enjoyed on the deck and enclosed porch overlooking the pond. Owners are very friendly and accessible if needed and provided good information about the premises and local area. A very enjoyable and memorable vacation. We would absolutely go back.

Adorable cottages, close to all great beaches

The cottage looks to be freshly painted and was immaculate. The furnishings are so pretty and well put-together. A few steps down to the pond where we relaxed and enjoyed the view. I recommend a visit to Marconi Beach and the Fort Hill Trail. I needed help accessing Netflix and the owner took care of it promptly. ( This was the only issue that we had.)

I had a lovely week. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. It had everything I needed. Perfect location - the house is at the top of stairs down to the pond. I went swimming twice a day most days-so much easier than having to drag everything to a beach. Very quiet neighborhood. A great experience.

Love at first sight! this cottage on a pond was small and charming. Well thought out use of the space including several decorative storage baskets throughout. The owners provided extra amenities, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of paper goods for our long weekend stay. We also enjoyed using the rowboat and canoe available on the pond beach to all neighborhood guests. Would highly recommend the Waterfront Cottage and hope to be back in the future!

For me, this is a perfect location. I have a life-long love of the Outer Beach in Eastham. Cottage #4 was well equipped. The view of Minister’s Pond is ideal although I did not swim during this stay. I love this spot primarily because my husband and I truly relax as soon as we get settled.

The location is great if you like a view and like to swim or paddle. The cabin is small but has everything you need.

What an absolute delight of a little cottage to stay in! Communications with the owner were a breeze, and with their experience they also are able to answer any question you may have before you can even think to ask it. One bedroom has a queen, one has two twins, making this a cozy stay for 1-4 people. Sip your tea while looking out over a lovely pond - an excellent place to wile away the hours fishing, rowing or, as I did, bringing your camera and canvases and creating. If you're looking for an excellent jumping off point for extended Cape adventures, or you're looking for a quiet, tranquil idyll this is the place for you.

Lovely, clean, well-appointed cabin on a great little pond, just around the corner from the awesome Eastham ocean-side beaches. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and the rest of the upper cape is within a short car ride. Hosts are great communicators, beds are comfortable, hot water is blazing and has excellent pressure, super air flow! It has a nice little porch, and the entire complex is very welcoming. For parents with small kids, the Cape Rail Trail is on the other side of Route 6, which can feel a little crazy to cross with bikes; there is no sidewalk on the northbound(cabin) side of the road. But give it a second; gaps in the traffic hit regularly.

The cottage was in a wonderful location on the Cape. We’d like the Eastham area so much to do and great beaches. Loraina and Mike were wonderful hosts and answer any questions that we had. Having a cottage that is right on the beach of the freshwater pond is wonderful for the kids We will definitely go back to this beautiful little cottage!

We love Nauset Haven and this was a great cabin!!! My husband fished everyday and caught some big bass. Very quiet and enjoyable

This was such a great stay for us! The cottage has everything you need and a lovely view of the pond from most windows. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and supplies (soap, sponges, garbage bags, paper towels, salt, pepper). We all slept well. There are two ac's in the main area and fans in the bedrooms which worked well for our stay during a heat wave. There are games, beach chairs. You do have to bring your own linen and towels. There was a small problem with the lock when we arrived and it was fixed quickly and easily with no hassle. Thanks for having us, we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect size for a family of 3-4, very clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the close proximity to the lake and other amenities on the property. Great location on route 6 in Eastham affords easy access to all that Cape Cod has to offer. We would definitely book this again!
