Stayed Jun 10, 2026I so loved my 6 day stay at this peaceful cottage on the pond. The view of the pond and chirping of the birds are all you need in life sitting in the screened in porch while eating breakfast and having coffee every morning! Every day I would drive just 10 minutes to First Encounter Beach. The sunsets there were breathtaking! Linda was so kind when I reached out to her about a problem with the internet. She was quick to get it resolved. She keeps the place very clean. The bed was so comfortable! The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. I can't wait to stay at this special place again!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025This is the second year we are staying here. Hostess very available to help. There were a number of glitches m, like couldn’t sign in to WiFi, the air conditioning stopped working. They were on top of it to fix it. The place is comfortable and in a beautiful setting.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Another great stay in your lovely cottage. Enjoyed sitting on the dock at the pond as much as hanging at the beach! Kitchen well equipped to make meals. All the windows provide nice cross breeze, but AC works well on the really hot days. The screen porch also is a delight. Thanks again.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024This cute little cottage was clean and had wonderful views from many of the windows. We loved sitting on the dock, bird watching and enjoying the sun. It was pretty private with a lot of trees and foliage. The owner was very attentive and sent the check in info a couple of days before we were due to check in, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back next summer.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We particularly enjoyed the dock and the rowboat and the screened porch. The exiting onto Rt 6 is a little scary, but we got used to it.
