It was clean. Had everything we needed (except for a fish cleaning station). Terrible lighting in master bedroom. No bathroom door in master suite ..?.? Wierd. I would stay here again. A solid 4 out of 5 rating.

The house was perfect for a trip to the beach with grandkids. Great location. Appreciated having kids toys available. Was very nice to have an umbrella and 2 chairs set up on the beach. Would definitely come again.

We had such a lovely time in Jimmy’s sweet Carolina Beach home. It’s roomy, bright, and situated just perfectly for beach time and walks to the boardwalk and the tiki bar! We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee! We hope to return again in the future!

My family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. It was literally a home away from home, but with much more relaxing. The home was beautiful and the neighborhood was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and the walk to the beach was about 2-mins with access to a convenient store for your vacation needs. It’s the perfect location for vacationers who want to get away but also have easy travels to the grocery store and local adventures. We will be returning!!!

We loved our stay here. With 4 adults and 2 kids, we had plenty of space. The house is adorable, and has a wonderful kitchen. We made great use of the screened in porch and grill. The beach toys were perfect for our kids (6&9), and the wagon to pull them all saved so much hassle. The beach access was an easy walk. Personally, having the boardwalk close but not on top of us was a huge plus. It felt less crowded on the beach where we were, and it was quiet at night in the neighborhood. Jimmy was helpful and gracious on text. He couldn’t have made it easier. This one is highly recommended!

Had a great stay at this property. Amazing location at Carolina Beach; close enough to walk to Britt’s Donuts in the morning, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach (gas station on the way to get ice), close to Kure and Fort Fisher. The fishing cart was a game changer! They truly thought of everything when planning this property. Would highly recommend to anyone looking and would stay here again!

The big yard was nice and having large pots for low county boil was nice as well. The Owner was also super easy to work with and helpful.

I cannot recommend this house and these owners enough. We have 4 kids, and I was nervous about having everything we needed. This house was AMAZING. They had all the items we needed, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach (10 when the kids were difficult), and just wonderful. Owners are incredibly easy to work with. We hope to go back again and again.
