Stayed Aug 1, 2025Eric was a consummate host. He was always available if needed but never intrusive. This property is in a great location. It is close to downtown and the many SLO wineries. The property is both functional and comfortable. We highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 1, 2023The guesthouse was exactly as shown in the photos. It was adorable and very clean, and I loved having the extra studio for some friends who joined me for a few days. Eric was a wonderful host. He came up to greet me when I arrived and was very responsive when I contacted him with questions. This is a residential neighborhood with kids and dogs and a school nearby. Also the area is quite hilly, so I got an extra workout when I went biking and walking. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I enjoyed my time there.

Stayed Jul 1, 2021This is the third time we have rented this property. So private, lovely courtyard and back patio. Great for morning coffee and afternoon wine. With temps in the 70’s .. so much to do in SLO .. tennis, golf, pickleball, hiking, biking, beach, wine tasting, shopping and eating !!
