Great value. Home was nicely appointed. We all slept great. Amentities were just what the 4 of us needed. Excellent location to all that Folly has to offer. We will keep this property on our short list for future visits.

Location was excellent. It was an easy walk to the beach, easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, souvenir stores, even for my 75yo mother in law. The house has a vintage, beachy vibe that is fitting for a Folly Beach vacation home. It was well stocked to prepare meals. The one bathroom might have been a problem if it weren't for the tankless water heater and additional outdoor shower (with hot water!) to rinse the sand! The house is getting to be 100 years old, and shows some minimal signs of wear and tear, but it is clean and comfortable. The built in linen charge is worth every penny. After a long day, we were happy to find the beds clean and very comfortable!! We loved sitting on the front screened in porch and people watching. It is a busy enough street to have some traffic, but not a busy road. Lots of golf carts rolling past, too. Great experience. Our family of five, Me and Husband, 2 teenagers, and mother in law, had a wonderful time. 10/10

Quick weekend visiting charleston. Folly beach was a cool little beach town. Enjoyed it.

Everything was great.

We loved the location of the home, and everything overall worked fine during our stay. However, we were disappointed with the general cleanliness and upkeep. The shower had hair in it when we arrived, the kitchen and rugs seemed dirty, and the bedroom floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. There was also a small stain on the sheet in the master bedroom.Since the bathroom fan/vent didn’t seem to work, we opened the window to let steam out and found spiderwebs, dead insects, and a significant amount of dust in the window frame. In the kitchen, when a guest went to grab a coffee cup from the cabinet, the cup felt like it was stuck to the shelf. Additionally, when stepping on the rug in the kitchen, the wood felt soft or like it was breaking in certain spots.The shower itself worked, but it was very stiff and difficult to turn on.The location and functionality of the home were positives, but the cleanliness issues and some maintenance concerns impacted our experience. With more attention to cleaning and upkeep, this could be a great rental.

Everything was great. The property is small, but perfect for what we needed it for. The house has beach chairs and boogie boards to use that the kids loved. I’m an overpacker and brought so many of the things that were supplied by the company (dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, etc). We had a minor issue while there, and they promptly sent someone out to address. Would definitely recommend! I’ve been to Folly many times and this location cannot be beat. So close to Center Street and pretty much everything you’ll want to do while here.

Lovely place so close to beach and very dog friendly!! Very clean and tidy place! So close to all restaurants and shops no need to drive!!!

The house was exactly as advertised. Three bedrooms and plenty of space right across the road in about two houses down was the walkway to the beach. It was super fast and very convenient. We walked every night to the restaurants as they were about two blocks away first time at Folly Beach and I would rent this house again.

Great property! Perfect for our needs. Prefer to have doors on closet and a broom available, but otherwise loved it. Great location!

We spent Spring Break here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed and cozy. Loved the easy access to both the beach and the center of town. Communication with the host was easy and they were responsive during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great to get to the beach and restaurants. The pictures were exactly what we expected. My only issue was the couch was uncomfortable. We don't generally spend much time indoors, but we did have one rainy day.

This property is in a really great location to access the beach and town. The house was clean, the appliances worked and it was supplied with enough for our family of four to stay for a week. A couple of things we found after the first couple of days was the sofa is quite uncomfortable and could be updated. And the king bed is very soft so for those who need support for low back issues this will be an issue.

We had our Family Thanksgiving at the home and it fit all of our needs. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The outside grill is not usable but we were told that up front. We ate at several of the local restaurants. We will be back.

Unfortunately, we were unable to attend due to the damage in our home county from hurricane Helene. But the owner did agree to give us a full refund given the circumstances!
