The property.

Located in a quiet hamlet 12 km from Pontivy and 2 km from the village of Bieuzy, a beautiful group of buildings (15th to 19th centuries) of a traditional farm in operation until 1950 deserved to last, with a new life.
The daily workers' cottage is our home.
The Ty Forn (oven house) is used for neighborhood parties;
The longère (22ml-typical facade) is for you our guests, lovers of Argoat (the land of the woods) on endless hikes, of the incomparable calm of our property (2 ha with a farmyard, horse, pony etc.) and who also wish to discover Brittany
.
The gîte: Ty Kreiz
This means Middle house because it is placed in the heart of the longère in the oldest walls of the farm (from the 15th century), the restoration of which has highlighted the most interesting elements:
Facade, large fireplace, window frames, niches, sundial).
The large old beams, the massive table and the dresser also contribute to the rustic atmosphere of the gîte.

Outdoors
Work carried out in the 2015/2016 offseason provided the gîte with independent access and a garden in addition to the existing courtyard.
Access to the garden from the large farmyard where 2 parking spaces are reserved for the gîte.
Garden of 80 m2, private, completely enclosed and without any vis-à-vis, well exposed and sheltered.
Lawn and hydrangeas, Pergola of 9 m2 with table and chairs, deckchairs, stone oven for barbecue.
On the other facade, a flowery courtyard bounded by espalier trellises.

The Interior
Thanks to an original and clever layout the cottage offers on 3 levels and 70 m2 of floor space and comfort for a family (up to 6 people)
It welcomes babies very well: cot, change mat, high chair, available.

On the ground floor.

    Nicely finished and furnished accommodation, our hosts were a lovely couple and extremely helpful. Limited cooking facilities but no problem for us. Would certainly return.
