Two Master-King Suites+!

This property is perfect. Ryan was easy to work with and very helpful. Sonoma was a great place to visit. We stayed busy but always returned to the house and almost always walked back into Sonoma to hangout!

Loved the full kitchen, and the ability to walk to the square and restaurants!

This was a lovely home base for our gals wine tasting trip to Sonoma. We loved that the home was walking distance to the plaza and coffee shops, had a stocked kitchen, and the kindest hosts. The upgraded comfy beds and renovated bathrooms were a highlight. The hosts made check-in a breeze and communicated well throughout the stay. Will definitely be back.

The property exceeded our expectations (which were already pretty high just based on the photos!). Great house. Well equipped. Great location to downtown Sonoma (we walked to dinner every night). And Ryan was a great host…easy to communicate with and super clear on instructions, etc. Will definitely be recommending this property to any and all friends visiting wine country!

I wish I could leave more than five stars! Excellent communication from the hosts, amazing location, lovely inside and out. so comfortable with great amenities. We were able to walk to the Square for entertainment dinner. We even had a picnic in the park. Thank you so much for an amazing day.!

The house was perfect for our stay. We had my parents in one King suite and we had the other. BOTH were GREAT! The beds were comfortable and the house was immaculate! Parking is plentiful in back, with easy access in/out through the laundry room. The kitchen had everything we needed and more.

This was a very convenient location and excellent accommodation for two couples visiting the Sonoma area. Ryan was responsive and helpful. All the rooms were good sized, clean with comfortable beds. Big kitchen, nice front porch and extra 1/2 bath convenient. Great parking. Lots of dining selections that were walking distance.

The house was perfect for two couples traveling for a wine tasting and golf weekend. The kitchen was large and great for cooking, and the location was perfect for easily walking into downtown Sonoma. We would definitely stay again.

Great kitchen, comfortable beds good shower close to town

Good option for two mature adults and walking distance to the square for restaurants, tastings, etc. A bit of a down side was traffic noise in the evening, but manageable.

The cottage is ideally located just a few blocks from the square, close to coffee shops, dining and wine tasting. The home itself is roomy and comfortable. Having two king suites with bathrooms is ideal. Our host was very responsive and provided recommendations on activities that were perfect for our visit.

A very lovely and charming VRBO! Great location. Could walk easily to Sonoma square. And coffee shops along the way too. Busy street but quiet neighborhood. Less busy at night.

We had a lovely time at this well cared for cottage, just a short walk from Sonoma Square. The house was very clean, nicely remodeled and decorated - and very comfortable, esp the beds (including the pull out bed). The host Ryan was easy to reach and very kind when I had a question. Thank you so much for a great stay and we hope to be back!

The house was excellent. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Great location. Very quiet despite being on Broadway. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This well appointed 2 bedroom home was a perfect basecamp for our 3 night stay in wine country. Located just a few blocks off the square, the location was outstanding. The house was well furnished and felt almost new. So enjoyable sitting on the front porch watching the world roll by just past the flowers and trees that fill the front yard. Two large master suites featuring comfy king beds and each with their own full bath were really comfortable for our 2 couple group. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and made a few stay home meals. When we went out, it was a short walk to a great Swedish coffee spot or a 10 minute walk to the amazing restaurants on the Sonoma square. Highly recommend this wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was so charming, full of character, super clean, and comfortable. The host was great, incredibly communicative and clear, which made everything so easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Exceptional Property

Our group of four had a wonderful one-night stay at this perfectly located Sonoma home, just a few blocks from the Square with its fantastic restaurants and cafes. The house was spotless, well-appointed with all the essentials, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Both bedrooms featured king-sized beds with ensuite bathrooms and spacious showers, while the cozy open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area made for a welcoming space to relax. The added powder room was a great touch. We also noticed they had baby essentials, which make this home an excellent choice for families with little ones. Ryan was incredibly attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We only stayed for 1 night, but thoroughly enjoyed the property - it had everything we needed and was very clean! Parking was easy! Amazing location, just 3 blocks from the square, close to shopping and great restaurants. Great hiking trail up behind the square (easy to walk to) with beautiful views of Sonoma and the surrounding area. Peet's Coffee and Whole Foods are less than 1 mile away. Communication with the owners was amazing, they were so kind. A great place for a quick getaway with dear friends!

We had a lovely time at this property. Our group consisted of 2 couples over the age of 60, and a 32 yr old who visted for 2 nights. The property fit us beautifully with it's 2 King beds and pullout couch. The beds were comfortable and each room had an en suite bathroom. Note: When you entered one of the bedrooms you need to take a step down to reach the bed level. This was no issue for us but might be of concern to others. Both bathrooms were nicely appointed. One bathroom had double sinks with lots of counter space, the other 1 sink. The kitchen was very large & had everything we needed to prepare breakfast, snacks, etc. There were plenty of wine glasses with which to enjoy all the bottles of wine brought home from tastings. We could easily walk to downtown Sonoma. Our host, Ryan, was very responsive to any questions/concerns and there was lots of info/pamplets avaliable. Parking was available in the back of property. Overall, we considered the propery cute, clean, & comfortable! We would definitely return!!

Would rent again. Location is walking distance from Sonoma plaza. House is well done & host was readily available for questions and recommendations. Couldn’t have been easier to check in and enjoy the stay.

Nicely appointed and very comfortable for two couples. Very close to downtown Sonoma. We had a great visit and would recommend if you are headed to this area to stay for a couple of days or a couple of weeks.

The layout of the cottage was very functional and tastefully decorated. We loved hanging out on the front porch in the mornings and evenings.

We were happy with this VRBO. The host was very responsive when we revised our dates and when we asked for recommendations. We were a group of four (two couples) and appreciated the two master suites layout as well as the large kitchen/dining area. Sonoma Square and Whole Foods were just a short walk away. There's private parking in the back. The house is on a very busy street, but we didn't find it noisy at night. We would stay here again.

We had a superb stay at this home, hosted by Ryan. The space was great for three of us. We beds were comfy, everything was very clean. The proximity to DT Sonoma is perfect! The neighborhood is kind. Easy entry, secure parking off street. We greatly appreciate confirming our reservation. We had a great time!
