Roomy single-level cottage has a comfy California King mattress & 3 sleeper futons/sofas, with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry. NOTE: the detached Cabin is only open May 1-Oct 31. Cabin has a tasteful tiny-home feel with kitchenette, bathroom, and Queen bed. Beyondthe fenced-in backyard is a nature path to a private hammock and chill spot by Ripples Pond (view only, but just 1/2 mile away is Long Pond for swimming, canoe & kayak rental). Backyard includes grill & firepit. Tranquility awaits! NOTE: Cabin only open May-Oct. and has ceiling & box fans but no A/C.

Peter's Acadia cottage is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. A short scenic drive to anywhere on the island. I would recommend staying here if you are looking into spending time at Acadia but want your own little oasis Peter is a great host and so accommodating! 10/10!!

We loved this property, especially with the cabin option perfect while travelling with my family and mom. She loved having her own cozy space! The house was incredibly clean, and provided a lot of amenities. Totally recommend for a small group!
