Stayed Nov 7, 2025It's a beautiful and comfortable home in an excellent location. The hosts had just about everything we needed, but didn't bring. We are seasoned VRBO customers, and this one was one of the better ones. Even in November, it was a great stay. We loved it. It's a gem.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025We can’t say enough good things about this home. It’s very charming, beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The host has included everything one may need. We loved the beautiful kitchen, ate our meals on the screened in porch, an outdoor shower after a beach day, s’mores at the fire and a beautiful sunroom overlooking a huge yard with lots of hydrangeas. We played soccer each night with our 3 year old during sunset. We walked to the Matunuck Oyster Bar for dinner. We did a day trip to nearby Newport. Great location and easy access to many local beaches, including one at the end of the street. You won’t be disappointed with your stay at succotash sanctuary!
