-It is a cottagebehind the main property. Look at the photos for your parking spot location and private shelled walk way. Space for 1 car only.
*monthly or longer* 1 bed, 1 bath. Private entrance with keypad code. AC/heating system. Cottage is detached and located behind a main house. Private walkway along the white fence from your parking spot on the grassy easement by the pine tree to the cottage. Private shelled area with furniture for enjoying. Kitchen is FULLY loaded, there won’t be anything you can’t do except cook a giant turkey. Washer and drier is private to you. Walk in shower with grab bars. Bring your own toiletries.

You may park on the grassy area on the easement under the piney tall tree between the mail box and the pine.

I will meet you when you arrive to show you the space for a few minutes and then I won’t bother you the rest of the trip unless you need something.

Bring your own toiletries as we are not a hotel and only provide starter TP, starter detergent, starter trash bags.

Please do not let your dog urinate or poo on the property. Please walk to the Pinellas trail about 30 seconds away or to the water about 2 minutes away.

The air conditioning system works very well. Please turn off ac before you leave the property each time as it cools very quickly. Also, you must point the remote at the unit and push your desired function, listen for the confirmation beep, before you try to move forward and push other buttons. It works well but you must hear for the beep before continuing to push buttons.
