The house sits amongst beautiful custom homes yet has a very laid back vibe on the south end just across the street from the beach. It is steps away from public beach access ‘41’ and a quick walk to the lazy beaches of Banks Channel. On many mornings and evenings, you can hear the sound of the ocean waves as you enjoy the beach breezewith a cup of coffee or a cocktail on the private side patio.

This unit is a ground floor unit of a duplex cottage and has been completely renovated with an open floor plan that contains an updated kitchen and dining area with all the basic cooking needs.
