The Prancing Pony Guest House at Edendell

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, the host was responsive and helpful, and there were plenty of shops nearby which made everything convenient. Overall, an excellent experience.

This place is great. If you're staying in Arkanas, this is the place to stay. The hosts are the best, the cabin is awesome, and there are lots of things to see and do! All the conviences of home, but you're a guest, just enjoying the great outdoors of what Arkansas has to offer.

The stay was amazing!!! The house was charming and I was in constant contact with our hostess, just chatting and asking questions about the unbelievable flora and fauna. Our host popped by and was so kind and charming! 100% recommendations!!!!

Great place to relax. Host was very nice and communication was great. Great location if you want to hike the Ouachita Forest, visit the Wegner Crystal Mine or just get away from the cities. You’re also only about 1 hour away from Hot Springs where there is the Garvan Woodland Gardens, mini golf/family activities and the Coleman Crystal Mine.

The property had everything we needed, including a hot tub. Family commented that this was the first place that we had stayed that there was no wait for the bathroom which is important when there are kids. We enjoyed the view and the trails around the rental. It was pet friendly and my dog enjoyed our hikes around the property as well. Host communicated and answered any inquiries promptly. Arkansas is a beautiful place to visit. My sister who was present calls it her happy place.

Lots of room. Plenty of games and books. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. There is a shop of some kind right at the back door. While sitting on back porch folks were coming through to use the bathroom located right at the edge of our porch.

Adorable little house with lots of bedrooms. Nice walking trails throughout 29 acre property. Owners very responsive and catering.

Beautiful place! People are very nice, we had so much fun

The property was unique. It's not the typical cookie cutter house which appealed to us.We had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and informative about places to go and see. The only thing was we wished we would have done prior to the trip was looked up more of the places to visit, waterfalls, swimming areas etc. We did not realize the national forest was so large so we ended up driving alot to some areas. This is no fault of the house we just needed to map things out better for us.

There is plenty of room for a large group. The landscaping adds to the experience.

This was the most quirky house I’ve ever experienced! It’s an odd gathering of rooms, each with a unique character. Books from floor to ceiling, games, quiet spots, gathering places, and you never ever have to wait for a bathroom or open shower! There’s the pond, waterfalls, creeks and rivers to explore. An unforgettable stay!

Overall stay was good. I would recommend this cabin if you’re needing lots of room.
