THE ORCHID COTTAGE WAS BEAUTIFUL. Clean and well maintained. Well stocked pantry. Plenty of towels Beautiful deck with a view of Morro Rock Backyard was spacious with a great barbecue and Jacuzzi Nice quiet neighborhood Comfortable Plush beds. Two bedrooms with TV in each room, Large TV in the living room. This place was amazing. We will be back. We loved it. JoAnn And Don Redd

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for: clean, quiet, private, and conveniently located to the areas we wanted to visit. The kitchen was fully stocked; linens were plentiful. Barron communicates promptly and clearly.

Super cute house in a quiet area. The beds are really comfortable and the house is cozy. It was the perfect place to stay with my family.

Ideal location, can easily walk to beach, grocery store and several restaurants. Walk-able, friendly, pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Near Moro Bay's shopping, and waterfront. Property is in good condition, and dog friendly. Washer and dryer and nice galley kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating on both ends of the house for morning and evening gatherings. Beds had pillow top, soft mattress covers. My only disappointment was that king beds sides were against one wall, which made it difficult for night time trips to the bathroom.

Spotlessly clean, such confortable beds, with plenty of pillows and blankets. Our group of 5 had plenty of space, and appreciated the simple check in and check out procedures. Will definitely stay again, thank you for everything!

The Orchid Cottage was a perfect stay for our little family exploring the central coast. Great location easy to get on the 1 and drive up for some hikes or head into downtown Morro Bay for dinner with a view. The hot tub was perfect to come back and relax after a day of exploring and my daughter loved watching the cows on the hillside from the backyard!Beds were incredibly comfy and kitchen well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage! It is well-stocked with all you could need to cook (pots, pans, etc...) The pantry is filled with spices. The location is perfect for strolling the beach!

This was my family’s second visit. They always enjoy coming to Morro Bay from the heat of So California. The house is very comfortable and welcoming. It has everything you need to stay and either eat in or go out! We home to be back next year

Good location for going to beach.

The house was super clean and comfortable, the beds were amazing in the living room , the couch was big and plushy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook with along with a nice size refrigerator and good working stove. This was a great launching pad for all the adventures in the Morro Bay area.

We loved this place! Exactly as advertised and the owner instantly answered all our questions. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen and we were able to cook many meals here and saved hundreds of dollars on dining out costs. The hub tub in the back was an added nice touch and we enjoyed it every night. Finally, this house was ideal for our medium size dog. She loved the back yard and was very relaxed here. We will definitely come back.

It was a lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood. There are many things to do within a 30 minute drive. There are even a few restaurants that are within a short walking distance. The kitchen and house were fully stocked and we were very comfortable. There was great communication with the owner. I will definitely book here again!

Really had sucg a lovely time at the Orchid Cottage. Came with family for our annual summer vacation. The house was very comfortable! The beds were probably the best. My husband and I have never slept so well on vacation. Hopefully we will be able to visit the cottage again soon.

Great beach rental. This is our 3rd time renting for a week stay. The kids enjoy the location. Host is very accessible.

Very happy with this place! The beds were very comfortable, the spa already heated, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location is great as well, we walked to the beach and there is a lovely walking path off of the beach too. Only complaint would be that one of the bedrooms also has a dresser in front of the door and it blocks some of it. Not a big deal but a bit annoying when we needed to get baby in the middle of the night, we had to remember to not run into it.

This rental has some great upsides, especially its convenient location near the beaches. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day out, and the bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.However, there were a few significant drawbacks that impacted our stay. The living room felt very cluttered, with far too much furniture packed into a small space, which made it less enjoyable to relax in. We were also disappointed by the lack of beach supplies; it would have been helpful to have chairs, an umbrella, or towels readily available given the proximity to the coast. The outside vegetation also didn't quite live up to the photos – it appeared a bit neglected and dead in some areas. Finally, we struggled with the heater, as we couldn't figure out how to turn it off, which was uncomfortable at times.Overall, while the location and amenities like the hot tub and comfortable bed were definite highlights, the issues with the living room, outdoor aesthetics, and heater kept this from being a perfect stay.

Super clean. Great amenities. Well stocked. Fantastic location. The only two reasons it didn’t get the highest rating across the board are because we arrived 45 minutes early and were told we couldn’t check in early even though there was no activity at the house and the property is not fully fenced so when I sat outside with my dog I had to worry about something catching her attention that might cause her to run into the street. Other than that I only have great things to say about The Orchid Cottage.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay, and our host was wonderful. Highly recommend!

This was a cozy two bedroom house with nice amenities and very quiet. The neighbors were wonderful. The house is a little back from PCH, which is nice. Still very walkable to the beach and the rock. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I, and our two pups loved our stay at Barron's home. It's difficult to find somewhere nice to stay with dogs and we have finally found it here. The home is exceptional, it has everything you need: well stocked kitchen, comfortable with the most amazing beds, you'll feel like you're sleeping on a cloud! Great yard for dogs with a rollout fence so there are no worrys about leaving the dogs loose. And there's the hot tub and fast wifi. We've found a great place we look forward to coming back to!

Great little cottage in a handy location to Morro Bay/ Los Osos and Cayucos. Nicely appointed, good outdoor areas.

Great little cottage by the beach. Well stocked gem of a place! 5 minute walk to Morro Strand beach. Great rear yard and front deck for our dog. Although the carport area of the rear yard is open, the spool of wire fencing and a couple chairs worked perfectly to create an enclosed space for our pup! Hot tub was really nice to enjoy in the evening. Super comfortable beds! Overall a great experience! Highly recommend
