Stayed Apr 10, 2024This is a very functional property, its relatively modern compared to a lot of holiday homes in Lyme (we've stayed in 6 others), so lacks character but makes up for it in other ways. It was clean (bar a few mugs), it has everything you need including an ensuite, plus family bathroom, plus dowstairs loo, plus open living. All bathrooms felt new. The tiny paved garden space is delightful; it's enclosed so was perfect for our little dog with a glass french door so we could see when he needed back in. The running water right outside your door here is magical and calming and we would listen to it at night with the bedroom window open. We'd definitely stay here again. Perfection location plus parking; the entrance is tight but our Tesla model Y (v wide car) coped.
