Stayed May 13, 2026Glad place to stay for a few days. Location perfect for trips to Colchester zoo and the owl sanctuary which my 83 year old mum loved. Fully fitted kitchen and lovely garden. Parking off road so a bonus. If we got to the area again I would definitely stay here.

Stayed May 17, 2026Spacious and very comfortable and everywhere was tidy and spotlessly clean. I liked having a separate kitchen which was very well equipped.Comfortable sofas downstairs and useful upstairs seating if people wanted to do different things. Bathrooms are modern and easy to use, enjoyed having a separate shower and bath upstairs.Good out door space with plenty of seating options- although we didn’t have the opportunity to try the barbecue or eat outdoors.Excellent value for money and plenty of things to do in the surrounding area.
