Stayed Aug 2, 2025We had a great time at the Light House Cottage! Place was clean and as advertised. Very close walk to the beach and the beach was not busy despite being the peak season. This was our first time visiting Topsail, and this will definitely bring us back. Stephanie was a great host, she and Connie were very responsive and communicative.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024We had a wonderful time staying at the Cozy Light House. Everything was as described! The beach entrance is literally 20 steps from this home. Everything inside was nice and clean. Dish and hand soaps were provided and beds were super comfy! Communication with owner was quick and easy. Will definitely stay here on a regular basis.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024The propert was very clean, steps from the beach, had all accommodations needed for the entire week. Beautiful setting for a sunrise. Crab hubting at night was fun! Overall my entire family (kids ages 3-20) and myself and my husband enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Overall, we had a great stay! I feel like this is a perfect VRBO for the price. When we first arrived, we could not find the TV remote and Stephanie quickly helped us to get a new one! The living room furniture was very comfortable. The beds were also comfortable as well. We brought our family dog and he loved the house, deck, and the beach! We didn’t really use the downstairs since it was so hot but the upstairs was all we needed! Great area to take morning/evening walks as well.
