Super clean and wonderful location. The front patio was such a nice spot to hang outside too!

Everything was great also they have parking for 1 vehicle in the drive and an outdoor sitting area. This is a great house for 3 couples with 3 bathrooms and 3 Queen beds.

180 St. Phillips was an excellant location for all of our Charleston activities. Very clean, comfortable, quaint and very well stocked. The courtyard was a great place to decompress after a day of visiting the downtown historic sites. We will be back,

I will start by saying that messages can be misleading and taken wrong/not as someone intends. However, I was initially put off by the response I received when I was inquiring about the property. My question was answered I thought somewhat rudely. After getting into the home / we discovered that the ice maker was broken. I sent a message and I never received any type response. The home has a great location.. There are a few minor items that would improve the enjoyment of staying there.

Wonderful stay at The Cottage! Location is perfect for exploring all the restaurants, and cafes in the upper King St. area. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked! Outside seating area in the front was a huge plus!

This was a great location, very comfortable stay for friends to gather! I met two old friends here for a weekend girls’ reunion trip and this was a perfect base camp. The rooms were very clean and comfortable - it was especially nice to each have our own bathroom. The location is really nice and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing property! We had everything we needed, our own parking place and a wonderful courtyard to enjoy. The Carta bus-line was around the corner and very easy to use for sightseeing. Also, very close drive to Drayton Hall and Middleton Place. When we arrived we were greeted by several of the property mgmt team which was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful time and if you are looking for a place to stay book this property! You won't be disappointed. Thanks again!

Wonderful in many ways. Great location. Can really walk most anywhere. Block or so from King St with many food and drink options. The home itself is lovely. Remarkably clean and well stocked. Seemed to think of everything one might need. Coffee, laundry soap, makeup towels, and basics for cooking. We had 5 staying and the 3 BR/3B worked wonderfully for our family. Charleston is a remarkable and unique city with amazing architecture and history. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Everything was great; however, the Keurig coffee maker kept spewing coffee and grounds from the pods. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not probably needs to be replaced. We then used the coffeemaker with the pot.

What an awesome place to stay being walking distance to all of the bars on King St.! Private patio to ourselves and 3 full bathrooms it was easy for us girls to get ready each day! Will def be back, the house was perfect!

This location was the perfect place to explore Charleston. The home itself ( we rented the whole thing) was exceptional. It was clean, spacious, and had all amenities. Communication was quick. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants a perfect place to stay!

Fabulous accommodations and perfect for couples traveling together! We were three couples and this property allowed each couple a bathroom. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the property was lovely ! We walked to eat and have drinks every evening and even enjoyed

We had a great time at the cottage. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very convenient. The location was good. Quiet area, but close to shopping and restaurants. Also a good coffee place around the corner.

Perfect house for us and a great location!

My best friend and my two well-behaved Goldens stayed here during Wine and Food to enjoy all that Charleston has to offer. The cottage is tucked away in a series of large row houses directly off the street. It was easy to get to King St/Meeting St- shopping, sightseeing and restaurants were only a short 5-10 minute walk. The parking directly in front of the property is a bonus. Though the cottage looks historical, the interior has been remodeled to contain every modern amenity you might need. We didn't cook at all, but the kitchen is well stocked. All the little extras- like dish soap, coffee, laundry detergent, etc... were so helpful. The sheets were soft, the towels were plush and my best friend couldn't stop talking about how good the water pressure/shower was. Jamie was a delight to communicate with for any needs. I highly recommend the unit if you are a party of 4-6. There's just enough space to feel at home without feeling cramped.

Stayed at St Phillip’s Square for a wedding. Fantastic property and location. Quality throughout. Only downside was a single parking place for a three bedroom unit.

Great location, very clean, perfect size for 4 adults and 2 pets. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a few days warm enough to enjoy the very quaint and well appointed front garden. Inside was also very good.

House is in a great location. Unfortunately, The keypad didn’t work and we needed to request an extra key-which they responded to quickly. The house was well equipped and comfortable for 5 girlfriends. Unfortunately, the House had a strong musty moldy smell. I’m very sensitive to that so for that reason I wouldn’t stay there again.
