Lovely experience overall. Attentive hosts and well appointed cottage. The location, both neighborhood and beach access, are exceptional. Walk to Caladesi Island is certainly a high point-- the new pickle ball courts nearby, a perfect addition to the area.

The cottage was super clean and well appointed. Would stay there again.

The Cottage was the perfect little spot for two! Our stay had everything we needed like chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The hosts were very attentive and care about the experience of theirs guests. Steps from the beach and close to plenty of restaurants and shops!

The cottage was a perfect getaway for a long weekend with the hubby! The cottage has everything we needed. The bed was scrumptious to sleep in! Loved being able to walk to the beach throughout the day! We will be back!

So close to the beach that i didn't even bother with flip flops when heading there. The kitchen has everything that you need to make your own meals. We never bother to rent a car when we go to Clearwater a the walking and trolley are excellent there. The trolley runs by 50 yards from the cottage.

We had the best, quiet and relaxing stay at this charming, cozy cottage. Everything was neat and clean and so well furnished. It is the perfect size, and opens up to a patio perfect for breakfast or an evening nightcap. The beach really is just steps from the property. We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful week at the beach. This charming cottage was perfect for the two of us. The property was very clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach where we enjoyed many lovely sunsets.

Cute, quaint, private and across from the beach! Stayed here before hurricane Helene hit and the owners have done an amazing job getting it back together! You’d never know anything ever happened! Looking forward to our next visit!

Ok, weather sucked

As advertised…perfect size for a couple just getting away. Loved all the amenities including anything needed for the short walk to the beach!

The Cottage is definitely as advertised. The accommodations were cozy and just perfect for our party of two. Ryan and Amy were great hosts providing all kinds of information about the area, dining, and things to do. Bed was great, plenty of towels and all the things you need for the beach were provided. I think the best part was the location; we almost felt like we had the beach all to ourselves and if we wanted more entertainment it could be found just a mile down the road. Perfect beach trip!

The cottage was absolutely perfect, exceeded our expectations, so clean and everything you need is right there including the beach which truly is just steps away. The only thing we would change is the length of our stay…we will definitely stay longer next time! Thank you for everything! Matt & Jodi

Very convenient to get to and from the beach.

Had such a great stay! Had everything we needed and then some. As mentioned, mere steps to the beautiful beach. Could not be a better location! Such a quiet stay, ran into family staying at the house once while doing laundry but otherwise never would have known anyone was there. Will definitely stay here again and encouraging everyone considering to book it. You won’t regret it.

My wife and I rented out the cottage for one week for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time! The beach is just across the street from the property, so it's super easy to access, and there are also beach chairs and umbrellas available. The property is also located in a neighborhood a little ways north of all the hotels and resorts, so it's great if you prefer a less crowded beach. The trade off to that is most of the shops and restaurants are also a bit further away, so you'll probably need to either take a long walk or drive to get to them. Even so, it's a short drive, so it's not too bad. If you're traveling to Clearwater Beach for a couples' vacation and you want to distance yourself a bit from the crowded parts of the beach, it's an overall great place to stay!

This place was perfect for 2. Literally across street to beach, since residential area and no condos the beach was almost empty. It was awesome. We would stay here again.

This sweet little cottage was absolutely perfect! It was immaculately clean, located in a fantastic area close to all the restaurants and a beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

Our stay was cut short by an emergency at home, but the one full day we had was perfect! We plan a redo since our trip had to abruptly end and we had to go back home. Excellent location, excellent property, excellent location, and now we know that all we need to pack are our clothes!

The cottage was great. Loved that it was right across the street from the beach. Close to downtown but not too close. Nice and private backyard! Would definitely stay there again!
