Comfortable and clean made for a relaxing stay in Ephrata! The host is very responsive and diligent in making sure we were comfortable and well cared for during our stay. Location is great for walking around town or going to the many fun activities in the area. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this old, but very-well maintained home. It is a sizable “cottage” in a nice neighborhood. It was within walking distance of a very nice community pool that we enjoyed also. It was a little farther from our destinations than I usually like but the drive through Amish-country was very pleasant. There was a musty smell in the home at first but dissipated over the duration of our visit. It was a very nice place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone!

We spent our days exploring the peaceful surroundings and our evenings relaxing on the deck, mesmerized by the starry sky. It was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed reset. We stayed two nights while exploring the area. Our host was attentive and helpful as we sought places to eat. Staying here was easy. We enjoyed the charm of this older home.

Amy was an excellent host! Met her at the house and she brought local treats!Very comfortable beds, fresh flowers, charming deck with beautiful flowerpots! We will definitely visit again.

In town for family wedding. The house was a great location close to family and wedding venue. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We were charmed by the cottage. We loved the private oasis in the backyard and the birds that shared our company. Every detail of the cottage was pristine, whimsical and welcoming! Amy was lovely to communicate with and took initiative to make certain all was well with our stay.

I had an amazing time during my stay in this beautiful home while visiting friends and family in the area. But I’m even more grateful getting to know Amy and Virgil. They are a the perfect host and even nicer people . I would highly recommend to stay with them while if you are in the area. I’m sure you will share my opinion afterwards!

Very nice and very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the terrace and the cozy kitchen and living room. Restaurants and Walmart withing 10 minutes drive from the house.

Originally from PA, we come back every summer for a quick visit. Amy was a great host and very responsive! We felt very welcomed with local goodies! Plenty of entertainment for the kids and a great layout for 5 of us! House was clean and comfortable! Park and community pool down the street was an extra perk we took advantage of! Definitely recommend!
