This character filled, much loved family Bach is perfectly positioned for those looking for a fabulous holiday or just a change of pace. Great access to a variety of outstanding beaches on the coast whether by car, cycling, walking or even cross the road for a daily swim or paddle in a kayack. The section is large, flat and fully fenced so ideal for children and pets.
The original Bach is compact but has provided a wonderful space for a family of 6 for many years . With spacious, sunny entertaining decks both front and back giving you options depending if you want to relax and watch the world go by with a glass of wine or desire some quiet time .
There are views of the estuary from most rooms and the sunroom is a great reading space or as an extra bedroom as it has a couch which can fold out to a bed. There is a relaxed open plan lounge and kitchen. The central bathroom has a good sized shower plus a separate toilet. There is also an older useable toilet outside but does not have hot water.
Light and bright throughout, tidy and well presented with a real holiday feel. There are no real modern conveniences but has everything you need.
We hope you will love it as much as we do!

Special conditions:
There is the option for extra sleeping arrangements but please call or email to discuss. Ideally sleeps 4-5 adults.
There is another Bach ( new build) at the back of the property which is not used if people are staying in the original front Bach, but the area around it can be enjoyed by guests.

We loved everything about this perfect kiwi bach. The view was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We felt incredibly lucky to have shared what is obviously a much loved family bach. We can’t wait to return.

Awesome bach in Ngunguru near to all amenities. It had everything you need. Fully fenced which was awesome for our dog and we didnt have to worry about him. Such a lovely spot. Beautiful views looking out to the estuary and sandspit. Thoroughly relaxing.

4 of us stayed there, it was perfect. Close to Whangarei, Tutukaka, and Matapouri. Loved the views of the water out the front. Very homely.

We have stayed before and were happy to stay again. Everything we needed is there. We had some issues with the smart TV buffering/having internet problems which was a little disappointing, but location is great. The house has a café next door on one side and only a couple of steps on the other side to the dairy and two takeaway/dining options, while being straight across the road from the inlet.
