The Bothy is a superb well-equipped barn conversion presented to an excellent standard throughout and is located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and lies on the outskirts of the village of Slapton with Torcross, and its intriguing history and unspoilt shingle beach close by. There aretwo bedrooms on the lower ground floor, bedroom one is furnished with a zip and link super king-size bed (which can be separated into two singles beds on request) and bedroom two is furnished with a king-size bed. The shower room is fitted to a high standard with large walk-in shower cubicle with rain-head shower and separate hand -held attachment. The open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room is furnished to a high quality with modern co-ordinating furniture, a feature wood burning stove and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. To the side of the property is a large decked terrace with a glass balcony and outdoor furniture with a further lower level gravelled terrace with firepit available for guests to enjoy, both enjoying wonderful countryside views across the valley and with ample parking for up to four cars on the gravelled drive. The Bothy offers luxury accommodation for a small family or two couples, and is a paradise for bird watchers.

Town: Torcross is a village at the southern end of Slapton Sands, in the South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A historical site of interest for visitors, this area of coastline is a site where the Normandy landings were practiced. Slapton Sands is a 1.2 mile-long stretch of shingle beach, which is dog-friendly all year round. This area is fantastic for nature lovers, with Slapton Ley Nature Reserve adjacent to the beach. The towns of Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are both within driving distance, offering boutique shops, galleries and restaurants.
