Nice cottage across the street from the beach. Clean and spacious, with free parking and a cozy backysrd. Not far from Daytona Besch (about 15-20 minutes by car). Well equipped and stocked. Easy code lock access to the property. Good communication from the owner/managenent.

The entire beach was under construction, so walking to the beach wasn’t true… there were bikers everywhere, the yard was a small rocky hill, and the place smelled strange, not fresh. I was there 12 hr & had to leave (family hospitalization). I was told I would get a partial refund, which I thought was nice... Customer service emailed me multiple times while they figured out how to make it possible… but I didn’t get one. Since they couldn’t book anyone else, I got nothing. Overpriced & not worth it, even if I could have stayed.

The place was small but quaint. It was well furnished with everything you will need. The bed on the pull out couch sagged but the renters said they would fix it. Great location. Not sure about the hot tub but i never asked them..We had a great time.

This charming cottage did not disappoint. Communication with the owner was extremely smooth. The cottage was immaculate, private, and I felt safe. The location is only steps to the beach. We look forward to returning in the near future.

We absolutely loved this cute cottage on the beach. They thought of everything. Bring your clothes and just relax and enjoy!! We are definitely going to come back.

Great location- convenient. The place was decorated very nicely and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The little courtyard was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

I am always leery if booking a house with 0 reviews but I was happily surprised. The house is clean and has an amazing location. It is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, you just have to cross a road but the traffic was not too bad. Great place to catch a sunrise and hang out on the beach. Overall the house is well stocked, you have everything you need in the kitchen area besides an ice maker. Handy beach gear like towels, chairs, & wagon. If you want to spend most of your time outside or at the beach, Thurs house is perfect. I took away a star based on how expensive this rental is and the A/C. There's a really loud air conditioner in the bedroom, along with a dehumidifier and dryer. Don't run the dryer with those two because you will trip the breaker. The A/C kept me awake at night because it is so loud and noisy. No CO2 detector. I wouldn't recommend for children or pets because there is a lot of glass, breakables/pointy objects. Overall I had so much fun at the beach that I would love to come back.

The place was amazing and we will stay there again. 2 things i would suggest. Tell people there is no central heating and cooling system and fix the shower door. Thanks Patrick & Robin
