Stayed Jun 29, 2024We had a blast at Short Sands. Our stay at the house was unique and had all we needed! We had groceries delivered right to the door from Hannaford. We enjoyed th Nubble multiple times. Saw a man catch a fish on the rocks. Saw a bald eagle on top of the lighthouse. Went to Goodenrod, Wicked Good Ice Cream, the arcade, bowling, the beach and the fireworks. The house was great. The front porch was our favorite place to sit in the mornings to sip coffee. We had beach towels and chairs and even took a day trip to Lake Winnepesaukee and another day trip to Boston. This was the perfect place to go to both. We flew in and out of Portland and enjoyed another day in Freeport at the LLBean shops. Did Portsmouth for a day and went to the Wentworth by the Sea for Lunch. Thanks to our host for a great week!
