Stayed Feb 19, 2021Loved the location and the very friendly and helpful hosts. We were even helped to pick a wheelbarrow full of fresh apples from the adjoining orchard, free of any charge!! Will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed Apr 16, 2021The room has two single beds which is all we needed, in a beautiful 103 yo building. Bathroom and kitchen are in a caravan right outside. Facilities can be considered cosy and compact. Host was lovely telling us about the property and surrounding areas

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We came in late, but were still greeted by the lovely Di and Mathew. The whare is a piece of history. We had a great sleep,as we had to leave early and in daylight we could see the beautiful garden, pond, and berry orchards. We would love to stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Host Di was super easy to deal with and very welcoming. The Whare (bedroom) was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for suitcases etc. The Caravan (kitchen in one room, the bathroom/toilet in the other) had everything that was required in the way of supplies etc. Overall, a very nice, peaceful place to stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Though I was told about the shower and toilet in a caravan nearby I did not enjoy this arrangement. I m in my late 60s and in the future I would always look for ensuite bathroon facilities.
