Stayed Jun 25, 2026My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. I brought my boat and kept it docked up on property. There are several boat ramps within a few miles and are easy to get to. We had a fantastic time hanging out at the house and visiting downtown Ludington. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jun 14, 2026Nice, clean property. Communication with the host was always answered within minutes. Maybe 2min from a nice beach access to Lake Michigan and 10min from the local Ludington State Park with beach access to Lake Michigan. Lots of games available. Tons of toilet paper, towels and linens. Kitchen stocked with tons of common items (pantry staples, condiments, food storage). Cleaning supplies available.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025We really loved the home and the property. Quiet little area on the canal, which we were able to use our Kayak and pontoon boat. Campfire at night, which was delightful.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Property was very clean and quaint. The neighborhood is extremely quiet (almost too quiet). We brought our pontoon and we're able to launch it nearby and dock it at the house which was awesome. Home was extremely well equipped and we brought so much stuff we didn't need too. Our only complaints are that the left patio door going to the sunroom is almost impossible to close and the 2nd bedroom mattress is (in our opinion) extremely hard. If you do plan on staying with your boat. Make sure to talk to a local about the inlet area to the channels as it is EXTREMELY stumpy for a big portion of the main lake at the south end. The advice I got was after leaving the channel, stay very tight to the east for a good 100 yards, then it clears out. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024Cottage felt bigger and more open inside even than the pictures. The backyard is beautiful and fire pit was great. The canal is sheltered from wind and waves so great if you want to keep your boat in the water all day/night. Would recommend!
