Cute cottage! Very clean and accommodates dogs. I was on a hiatus from the snow and below zero conditions from the north. I picked this cottage because it was right in the waterway with a view of the water from my bedroom window. Every morning I walked across the street and stood on the pier to watch the beautiful sunrises. The cottage had everything I needed to cook my meals and I did a lot of cooking! There was a little patio that was semi private I sat outside on warmer days eating breakfastMarnie checked in with me within a day of arrival and asked if I needed anything. At the time, Jensen Beach was in a cold snap with one night being historically cold. I asked for a blanket and she brought over the coziest comforter. I slept so cozy the remaining colder nights. There was a small space heater I used when I was awake and it warmed up the room. Marnie was always very friendly and responsive. I sent her a message through VRBO later at night thinking she would most likely respond in the morning. She responded within a couple of minutes! She really takes good care of her guests. . The people in the town of Jensen were very friendly. A short walk to a bakery that allows dogs in was very fun and the food was amazing! Downtown was very cute! It was fun walking into the shops.I would stay there again- hmm… maybe do this again next year!

Very pet friendly, lots of green areas and parks , within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops.

Perfect location to stay to be close to great beaches, with many options for good restaurants, handy to shopping for groceries or things you might have forgotten to pack and pet-friendly (although the yard is not fenced, just fyi). The host is very responsive and helpful. The unit was clean and stocked with basics to get settled. Will stay again if I have need to be in this location.

It was a nice little cottage tastefully decorated Nice little back porch with a table and then umbrella real close to the beach restaurants from the back porch you can see the river and the sunrise when the clouds are out if I needed to communicate with them they responded immediately

The a/c window unit wasn’t well put. It came apart in the middle of the night, the house became very hot and uncomfortable. We were able to fix it so I didn’t mess with calling management in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t stay there again, esp in the hot summer time.

Location was perfect for us. Loved that we could bring our dog. Very clean!!!
