Stayed Sep 5, 2025My stay at this wonderful home was outstanding. The home is exactly as described and more. Sitting on the large deck listening to the waves coming in over the rocks was my favorite part. The sunrises were beautiful. The beaches are clean and so relaxing. Rockport is a very interesting town with plenty of fun things to do. The Hosts were excellent. Truly a relaxing and lovely home by the sea. Loved it.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025Peaceful, relaxing, enjoyed listening to ocean waves. Deck was perfect spot for bird watching, reading, and enjoying meals. House was comfortable, beach was short walk.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025We had the most amazing and relaxing vacation in Rockport! The place is very cozy yet room enough for my husband and me with 3 of our adult kids (plus our cavapoo!). Can’t beat the proximity to the beach (two actually - Cape Hedge Beach and Long Beach)! We have found our favorite spot and will be (hopefully) returning again and again!

Stayed Aug 18, 2024Pretty old place in a beautiful location. We loved the deck, the yard, and the beach just outside. The common areas of the house are quite nice overall. The bedrooms, particularly the big one in the attic, were not as kid (toddlers) and senior-friendly as we would have liked, and the kitchen could use some updates. Our hosts were very efficient, accommodating and responsive. It was a nice week in a beautiful locale in a comfy house.

Stayed Sep 13, 2022The property was fantastic. Plenty of space. Close to the beach, far enough from town there was zero traffic noise. But close enough you could zip in real quick and pick something up. Definitely recommend this stay!
