Stayed Jul 14, 2024Upon arriving at the house, we were immediately impressed by the beautiful view of Lake Champlain. The yard was very nice and the beach area was perfect for the kids. The boat launch was extremely close and easily accessible! The wildlife was incredible!! While fishing from our boat one evening, we watched a bald eagle swoop down and grab a fish out of the water. We absolutely loved the outdoor shower and the screened in porch was beautiful to sit in at night, especially during the occasional thunderstorm. We thoroughly enjoyed our eleven nights at the cottage and our entire family of 6 was all sad to have to leave.

Stayed Apr 26, 2023Our time here was amazing! The house is brand new and stocked with everything we could need! Our hosts were amazing and gracious with their time to answer any questions we had. The beds are so cozy! The decor is on point! The location- fabulous. So close to everywhere we wanted to visit. The sunsets...sigh...the best Ive ever seen. The fire pit is just what we needed late night. We brought our boat and ropped in just up the road. Don't miss out on the Happy Pike! Just a short boat ride across the bay. delicious ice cream and boozy treats!!

Stayed Apr 12, 2023The property is definitely new in the sense that it's been completely renovated to be used on this platform. The location could not be better. It's an hour to Lake Pacid, Burlington Vt. or Montreal, but why would you leave when the lakes is ten steps from your door?! The hosts were very accommodating. Thanks so much! We'll be back.
