Stayed Mar 26, 2022Clean and comfortable property with great indoor and outdoor space. Had everything we needed for our family of 4 to eat and relax at home when we weren't at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. Great enclosed porch and backyard patio. I wouldn't call it walkable, though. Its a quiet neighborhood , which is great for families, but lacks sidewalks, and isn't close enough to walk to anything worthwhile. Unless you bring bikes, expect to drive everywhere. Daily parking at Vanderbilt Beach is $10 in the garage.

Stayed Mar 1, 2019Lovely well-appointed property in good location. Easy walk to beach and park. Only negative: the entry code was not provided by VRBO before our entry and had to contact owner who was given incorrect code. Luckily owner was able to help us enter VRBO did not provide code until the next day.

Stayed May 23, 2018The cottage is a very well appointed cottage, everything you could want or need for a beach vacation was provided. The unit was very clean when we arrived and very location friendly to all the Naples attractions, just a short trip to the beach. The unit is nicely updated and comfortable. Will use again.

Stayed Mar 3, 2018My husband and I have been renting properties in Naples Park for 15 years, and I feel we saved the best for last. I agree whole heartedly with previous reviewers. At the time we booked, I hadn't noticed the More Details at the bottom of the property description. The house is a duplex. The online pictures of the property are of the unit on the left side. We rented the unit on the right. That unit is not pictured, but before booking you can request pictures. The units are very similar with identical kitchens. For our needs it was even nicer with a king size bed in the master bedroom and comfortable furniture on the little screened in porch. Also, as of our stay, the back yard of that unit was not fenced in which made the yard sunny and breezy.

Stayed Dec 25, 2017Was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean and had many extras . Dana and Michael were great to rent from. I wood 100% rent this place.again. It is close to shopping the beach and many other fun activities.
