Hosting one super king-size double bedroom (zip/link), along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage for two bikes, and a front patio area with furniture. Situated in a lovely location, nestling in countryside, Sunnybrook Cottage is a wonderful retreat in a pleasant part of England.

This is a lovely property which is beautifully decorated and is an ideal place for a walking break. There is a wood burning stove which is great after a day out. The owners have thought of everything you might want. The setting has a view over the fields and a brook. There is an outside seating area as well. The house is a short walk from the centre of Waddington, where there are pubs with excellent food options. There are a number of walks nearby. We recommend this property.

My wife and I had a great stay at Sunnybrook. Jean and Graham have thoughtfully created and fitted out a really comfortable and well equipped place and in a superb location to explore the Ribble Valley and South Bowland area. Would thoroughly recommend.
