Stayed Jul 27, 2024Perfect place to stay for our first trip to Connecticut. Right by the water, 10-15 minutes away from anything. Kitchen was well stocked for a week stay with all the supplies needed. We really enjoyed having the kayaks that were available. All in all a great week!

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Husband and I stayed for two weeks with adult child and their pal with us for a few days of our stay. Clean, well equipped cottage with a lovely view. We had a great time visiting Mystic, the Nautilus, all three Book Barns. Lots to do and see, great sea food to be had. Highly recommend.

Stayed Aug 20, 2023I can't say enough good things about this property. i immediately felt at home and relaxed. You have a direct water view to a tranquil cove where I could kayak almost every morning. The house is well stocked with everything you might need and things you didn't even know you'd need. The neighborhood is great for morning and evening walks and the neighbors are friendly. The host was very responsive the one time I had a question. You are close enough to Noank, New London, and downtown Groton for a quick trip for dinner or groceries. I can't wait to stay here again!
