Very comfortable house, well equipped and well situated for walking. Nearby lakes for fishing and beach 200m away.

Stayed for a week. Couldn't have asked for more. House was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Lovely quiet location overlooking Omey Beach which is only a 5 minute walk. 15 minute drive to Clifden. Jackie and Paul were very friendly and accommodating, would highly recommend this property!

My Mam , sister and myself had a wonderful stay in the house in the beautiful setting of Claddaghaduff and Omey Island. the house was one of the best I have stayed in and I have stayed in many over the years. It was spotless, we all had our own bathroom and lots of space to chill, read a book and relax. The village pub is just on the door step and the beach is a short stroll away, and WHAT a beach... we will be back to this beautiful hidden piece of Connemara.

A beautiful house , in an ideal location . Both as a base for seeing other parts of Connemara or just staying local for the walks and georgous scenery. The house has everything you need and more for self catering . Would definitely recommend both the house and the location for a summer or autumn holiday.

This is a really well equipped house in a fantastic location for exploring Connemara. Beautiful view of Omey Island from the house which is just a short walk away and a great way to start the day. Enjoyed a week here with lovely weather (no wind or rain). Cleggan Roundstone and Clifden all within easy access for a change of scene and an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful seafood. The only addition I would suggest would be somewhere to store bikes. However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Just back from a fabulous week in Omey Lodge! What a lovely house in a wonderful location. The house was beautifully modern and spotlessly clean. It really has everything you could ask for in a holiday house. Jackie keeps the house immaculate and was very helpful on arrival. Will definitely be back!

Our week in Connemara was a great success- as we enjoyed all that this beautiful house and area has to offer. The accommodation is spacious, bright and has everything you need to ensure you are comfortable during your stay. Well located within walking distance of Omey Island Discovery Point and access to beach. Cleggan village is near by and we took time to visit Inishbofin Island. Our host Jackie was really helpful and answered any questions we had. I would really recommend this house and plan to return before the end of the year

We really enjoyed our stay in Claddaghduff, this property is finished to a very high standard and is extremely comfortable. The owner met us on arrival and gave us a tour as well as recommending numerous activities in the area. Will definitely return
