Stayed May 31, 2020Property was clean and loved location. Washer and dryer needs replaced. Kitchen was ok. Needs more cookware for families that really cook. Limited dishes but that’s ok we brought paper and plastic products since someone else had wrote a review of limited dishes. I have a one year old so stairs were an issue but we managed. No door or gate to close off stairs. Would stay again if I visited Hatteras.

From the proximity to great fishing to the well appointed fish cleaning stations they have it covered.

Very clean, love it is dog friendly. Short walk to the beach and could see the Lighthouse from the deck.

We have stayed there before and it is our favorite place. There were a couple of issues with spiders and silverfish. I already spoke to someone out it and she will be getting an exterminator to check the place and treat for pests. There are a couple of loose rails on the upper deck that need nailed down. Also, the ceiling fans were a bit fuzzy and the return air vents needed cleaned. Other than those minor issues. We are very happy with our stay and already have next year booked.

Great location next to the water.

This was our second stay at a cottage and we love it. Nothing over the top, has what you need and the staff are very helpful when needed. Our family loves the area and we plan to be back next year.

The unit was clean and had a spacious upstairs gathering area. We also loved that each bedroom had its own bath as well as a half bath for the kitchen/living area upstairs.
