Place has great potential! Lovely view and location, nice lake, playground for children, if you’re an outdoor person you can go for a walk, easy to be found! However we had a good time but was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the rented accommodation, bedding was old and ripped, poor quality pillows and duvet, did report this after the first night and the gentleman that welcomed us apologised and reassured us that he will speak to the cleaners, he also provided a clean set of bedding for us to replace the ripped one. The cleanliness of the place was not great, the crockery and cutlery was dirty and oily, we had to buy our own and re-wash what we had to use. Not coffee and tea so make sure you bring your own. The hot tub was cleaned once in 5 days and we used it every day, by the 5th day it started having green marks at the top, very disappointing. The bathroom was clean however we had to buy own toilet paper as we were provided 3 roles for 5 days. Communication generally with the host was poor, we were never answered questions before arriving to the place and we did ask few questions while there but no answer. We had to keep rubbish worth of 5 days in the cabin as we did not know where to take it and when asked there was no answer. It was a nice experience as a family but disappointed with what was provided considering the amount of money we paid. I’m sure the host takes feedback seriously so hopefully in future there will be more attention to detail.
