The location was ideal for beach access and you can park three cars in the driveway. The backyard has a great view of the ocean and an area for lounging For the size of the cottage, the bedrooms were nice and large. I would recommend staying at this cottage to family and friends.

The location was perfect!! We really enjoyed our stay ..: the cottage was charming, the owner was super responsive and accommodating and we loved the fenced yard for our furbabies!! Can’t wait to stay there again in the future!!

Great location

We had a great stay at the cottage. Check in was easy. Everything was super in the house and the location was just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It was nice to sit outside in the private backyard and enjoy a cup of coffee and take in some sunshine. Looking forward to rebooking on our next trip to Santa Barbara.

Our favorite place to stay in Santa Barbara!

Upon arrival the check in/ entry of the home was easy with no complications. The East Cottage was clean and we felt very comfortable. Our beds were very comfy with clean cotton sheets and plush comforters. The house has all the basic amenities a beautiful view, centrally located for our trip. I loved that the furnishings were not your average cold cheap IKEA feel. The house is very charming. We have no complaints and the host was great. Thank you for a great stay. (Only wished the beds were bigger, but they were very comfy)

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay for several days with our two fur babies. The location is excellent, just about a block from the gorgeous beach. The cottage is very clean and comfy, stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Our two dogs enjoyed playing in the completely fenced in backyard right off of the living room area. We enjoyed walking along State Street with all of its many shops and restaurants. David, the host was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

We loved our stay at East Beach Cottage! The proximity to the beaches and area attractions are prime. David is an accommodating host with quick response time to our questions. The pictures online are exactly what we got, including views of the beach from the fenced in backyard.

Great location for easy walks to walkway and bike lanes along ocean front. The walk up to the pier at night was amazing. The rooms are good size and the kitchen was perfect for us - Kurig coffee maker with coffee!, great fridge and range. The small fenced in backyard area is nice - well furnished with chaors and couch, table and umbrella. A bit boxed in by the high hedge and fence, but really good for coffee and reading in the fresh air. And the parking is great. Long-ish driveway leaves car right by the door to unit. Awesome.

Perfect walkable neighborhood, perfect location just steps from the beach, a lovely cottage with french doors to enjoy the Santa Barbara weather! My wife and I loved everything about our stay. Very communicative host.

You cannot beat this location. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Beach was gorgeous and just a very short walk. The ocean breeze through the living room was heaven!!! My son’s favorite was relaxing in the adorable yard after the beach, so funny!

This is our 5th time to this amazing house. The location is perfect! The backyard is awesome for reading or a glass of wine. Brought our did this time and went to the dog beach for the day.

A group of 4 of us stayed here for a nearby wedding and it was great. Very close to the beach, a store, and the hotel the wedding was held at. Place was clean and comfortable. No issues, but the host was easily reached if there had been. Wish we could have stayed longer!

There were 3 of us. We had such easy access to all things Santa Barbara had to offer. We 3 ladies felt safe enough to walk alone from the beach through the neighborhood without any problem. The property had everything we needed.needanquestions

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk to the ocean, making morning and evening strolls along the coastline truly unforgettable. There's also a market nearby, making it super easy to grab wine, tea, or anything else we needed.The house itself was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The backyard was spacious enough for our dogs to relax comfortably, which was a big plus. The owner was very responsive and made our stay worry-free.Another highlight was the food—within walking distance, we found a great taco stand and an incredible taco food truck. Both were delicious!Without a doubt, we will stay here again when we visit Santa Barbara. Highly recommend!

Cute cottage that is walking distance to the beach and parks which is perfect when traveling with a pet. Enjoyable stay. We just wish the weather would have been more cooperative as it rained a couple of days during our stay.

The water view from the back cottage was great to wake up to. The location is great: near the zoo, away from busy State Street but close enough to walk to stuff. The kitchen was small but fully functional with a grocery store like a block away. The host provide lots of kids stuff, stroller, high chair, and even beach toys!

This is a wonderful cottage for our stay during the Christmas holiday. There's a private, enclosed back patio with seatings and a BBQ. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

Beautiful 2 bedroom with perfect kitchen. Very comfy bed and ample room for two adults and two Golden Retrievers that LOVED the fenced back yard. Close to everything we needed, thanks to Google navigation.Hope to return for a longer stay

We stayed here with our 2 teens for a birthday weekend & it was perfect. Location was within walking distance of beach, Stearns wharf, mini-market, & restaurants. Very happy with cottage. It was cozy, had a great kitchen with coffee maker, large tv, plenty of room for 5 people including our 2 chihuahuas. Definitely would recommend.

We had a great time, enjoying all that the house had to offer. The location is great as it is near a small market, the Zoo, and the beach. Great walkability score. The backyard is very nice and being just off the living room it was great for our dogs to go in and out. The grill was a very nice Weber and made for good cooking. The kitchen is small but was good for what we needed it for. The beds were very comfortable! We would stay here again.

The property is exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, close to East Beach and amenities. Private back yard/patio with excellent sun exposure. Our host David was very responsible; helped us with an issue of our own making (thanks David!) This is a wonderful neighborhood of private, quiet family homes. Added bonus off-street parking too!

Everything was just like the listing. Very comfortable for me and my two teenage boys. We spent a lot of time at the beach and just hanging around the immediate area. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. It was a great stay!

We had a fantastic time at the cottage. Awesome location, comfortable space inside and out. The weather was perfect with a cool ocean breeze. We shopped at the corner grocery store and ate yummy food at the taco truck. So convenient! Best part was the ease of walking our 11 year old dog and being able to park in the driveway. Perfect escape from the desert heat. Thank you!
