Stayed Jul 10, 2025Our family stayed two nights at the lake house. We rented a boat for the day to go tubing which was really fun. Loved the house. It was perfect for our little family getaway. Plenty of beds and room for the 6 of us. There is an extra double bed upstairs that is not listed. We played games in the evening and enjoyed our coffee while sitting outside reading in the morning. So peaceful and relaxing. Owner was very attentive and called to check in. Also, enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine that was left for us. Nice touch.

Stayed May 23, 2025Place was cute and just a 2 minute walk to seeing lake wallenpaupak. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there were actually 3 bedroom plus a loft with 2 queen size beds. The listing doesn't show the 3rd bedroom upstairs making you think that the loft was the 3rd bedroom. We did have a minor issue with the bath tub upstairs and we didn't have any WiFi for most of the stay... the owner did come by to try and troubleshoot but to no avail. House of people and no tv or internet wasn't ideal. Overall the kids had a great time playing in the yard and we did enjoy the fire pit for s'mores...

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Our family loved this property and enjoyed everything the area had to offer. This house is perfectly situated, close to nearby necessities but quiet and peaceful. Truly the lake getaway we were looking for.

Stayed Jul 18, 2022I was disappointed that the advertisement said “steps to the water”. The only access to the water for guests of “Association Owners” was 1/4 mile down the road. We were a group of 5 women ages 60-73 and only 2 of us were able to walk that far. There were no cars allowed in this “guest” area! Were there for 4 nights and there was 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth for each of us! The advertisement stated we did not to bring any towels or linens. We also had to make all of the beds. I know that most people don’t mind these things, but for our ages and the amount of money I paid, I was very disappointed!

Stayed Apr 15, 2022Our stay at the cabin was amazing and the property was as listed but the check-in process was not good. We did not receive any check in information and had to wait outside the cabin in the cold for 1 hour to receive the email with the check in details. The cabin also was not stocked with the right utensils. We had no wine glasses and the only 2 pans available for cooking had its Teflon coating worn off. On the whole, I felt the cabin was good but the management of the cabin could have gotten way better.
