host did not check that house was unlocked before we arrived. Luckily we reached him and he showed up just before we were going to leave.Heating system is not adequate for the cold temperatures of early October.Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Our family had a wonderful staycation at loon lake cottage! It was the perfect spot for our small group to spend time together, enjoying meals, swimming, fishing and kayaking. The hosts were very responsive and hospitable.

The cottage has great amenities. The location is great. Breathtaking views of Pawtuckaway Lake. Many things to do at the lake and beyond. Loved seeing (and hearing) the loons. The lake seems healthy and the fishing was fantastic. Raymond has great restaurants, a well-stocked Hannaford, a Starbucks, and a great ice cream shop. This was a homecoming trip after 35 years away from Pawtuckaway. I very much appreciate Mr. Brown making this property available.

This was a very nice property. The house was roomy , clean and comfortable and the lake was yards from the house. There was a dock, and a deck by the lake and a patio beside the house. Our stay was too short!!!

We had a wonderful time. Location is fantastic with easy access to the lake. Love listening to the loons at night and waking up to glistening lake in the mornings. Troy was very responsive with any questions. Would rent again.

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the Loon Lake Cottage! The cottage has a beautiful open view of the lake with direct waterfront/dock access for fishing, swimming, & kayaking. There are steps into the water to make for easy access for any little ones. We also enjoyed hearing the call of the loons each night. The property owner is a great host and made himself available for any questions we had.
