Stay Year Round at Memories Cottage, York Beach, Maine!

Peaceful location perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Close walk to short sands beach and attractions. Even closer to a rock beach with great views worth a stop. Communication with property owners was excellent and property exactly as advertised. Property contract, house rules, amenities well communicated and house rules are very reasonable. Would highly recommend this property!

Our first visit to York and it was such a Great stay! A quiet and relaxing cottage, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I can't think of anything that we could have wanted that wasn't already there. Marion & Gary have thought of everything. We hope to return again.

It was perfect. Cozy but very tastefully done. There was nothing that you might need missing. Everything was thought out to the tee. We enjoyed our cozy cottage and definitely want to return again next year. Kudos to the owners for making it such a special stay.

This cottage is exactly as depicted in the photos, just even more charming and welcoming in person. Easy parking, great host communication, super clean and well equipped. The location is wonderful on a quiet, serene street, no noisy neighbors or traffic. As an escape from the city for us, our dog truly loved this. The walk into town is easy, for breakfast, dinner, and to Short Sands beach. A charming cottage that we hope to return to in the future.

Owners were wonderful to communicate with when we were delayed arriving. They continually reached out to make sure we were all set during arrival. The place was clean and cozy during the cold nights. We would be elated to stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this cottage. The location couldn't be better--it's an easy walk to Short Sands and generally a quiet neighborhood. The cottage is very comfortable and was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils, blender, toaster, etc. Marion was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd stay there again!

I loved staying in this cottage. Very quite neighborhood. Two minute walk to the peaceful rocky beach and ten minute walk to Short Sands Beach.We even saw the resident bald head eagle at the rocky beach. The cottage has everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. I hope to return next year.

Memories Cottage was super clean. The check in process was easy, and Marion was proactive with communication. Everything you'll read in the listing is on point. My husband, 2 young adult children and I LOVED the street and location. Would definitely like to stay again.

Just finished our second visit to Memories Cottage and couldn’t be more pleased. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The cottage is as advertised and has all the conveniences of home. Communication is superb. We will be planning our third visit soon.

A sweet, little rustic cottage, with just enough space and amenities to make a family comfy. The owners are kind and beyond helpful, and the location is quiet and scenic.

Loved the location as it was away from the crowds of Short Sands beach but close enough to walk. Cottage is so clean!! Highly recommend!
