Stay idyllically at the old watermill and lake.

We really loved our stay. Its perfect for a nature retreat. Hanne was really welcoming and helpful during our stay. We had everything we needed. Just a note that the Wifi connection is not the best. Other than that, all great!

Very nice house and the host. Very calm and serene place. We really enjoyed the 2 night stay here.

The property is gorgeous. The surrounding areas to hike are so beautiful. Lego land was fun. I prefer no contact entry but it was nice to talk and check in with the owner. The beds and spot to sleep upstairs are not good for anyone over 5’5 inches you will hit your head. The shower was very small. I would have preferred a detailed check in / check out procedure. The TV did not work. The outside of Denmark was gorgeous. I prefer a little bit more space. Otherwise the place was cute but also a little too small.

The mill is hidden behind trees. The way to it affords some courage because the road is not a fixed one. But then the scenery opens up to the romantic pond with the little boat, the mill that works through day and night and the beautiful meadow. You sleep under the roof of a little red hut. There's a little kitchen, a sofa and a table for breakfast. In the morning, when the sun comes up, the grass sparkles like silver. Good to know: You need to bring some stuff by yourself (or buy it while staying there), such as food and drinks, kitchenpaper, maybe oil. But just have a look first, what's already there. The beach near Skårup is not that nice, at least it wasn't our thing and the parking situation is also not that great. But we exploered the south of Langeland by car and there we found some nice beaches. So for a starting point to travel around or just stepping out of civilization world it's really a sweet little thing to stay here. And Hanne seems to be a really caring person.

We enjoyed our stay at the mill in Vejstrup and de surroundings. Nice house! Hanna was a good host.

Great host, location and very quiet.

Our stay in Hanne`s house was so relaxing. If you need calm and relaxation then it is the perfect place. It is clean and suitable for a pair or a small family (we visited this house with our 2 year old son). Hanne and her family were lovely host. Moreover this house is perfect located to explore the surroundings (e.g. Odense, Aero, several castle). We can definitely recommend this idyllic place.
