The house is great value for money, amazing location, private beach is less than minute walk, very calm and vice area, house is very clean and has everything you might need. We have really enjoyed the stay and Michael is a fantastic host! I would really recommend that to everyone, very fair value for money!

The cottage was comfortable and a convenient location for us. Michael and his wife were very communicative and helpful. The internet and TV were a plus as well. If we need a place in Sag Harbor again we will definitely consider this location.

We enjoyed staying in this charming cottage during our week long visit. The house is attractive, comfortable, and well maintained! It is a short walk to the beach or to downtown Sag Harbor. We particularly enjoyed mornings spent eating and talking in the back sun room. The owner was accommodating to our needs, and has done a great job providing guests with information about the house as well as the surrounding community. We hope to return next summer.
