Whether you want to have a family day on the beach or try your hand at surfing, you really couldn't be in a better position. The village is a short walk away with pubs and cafes to suit every taste, perfect for those lazy evenings where you don't feel like cooking.

PROPERTY
Kitchen diner with a dual oven/grill, touch sensor hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine. Good supply of crockery, cutlery, and kitchenware along with BBQ tools. Large wooden oval table with bench seating nestles in front of the picture window overlooking the beach.

Lounge with a large Smart LCD TV (surround sound) Netflix (subject to guest subscription) DVD player, music system and Wifi. Brickwork fireplace with a modern log burner for cosy nights in, 2 large sofas, coffee table footstall, 2 tub chairs and French doors opening onto a small balcony terrace seating area for enjoying the wonderful views of Croyde Beach.

Outside tap and To the rear of the house is a shady area with hanging space for wetsuits and a small cupboard houses a tumble dryer.

    My family and I had a wonderful time here. The house is in a perfect location overlooking the beach, with the coastal path across the road. Down End car park is one minute’s walk away and has surfboard rental and lessons and a cafe which does some good evening takeaways. The house itself is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for any cooking you would want to do and the outside space is lovely, with a spacious terrace area and well maintained garden. We would definitely stay here again!
