Stayed Jul 13, 2023Convenient location. Good rates. Easy to communicate with owner. The room gets a little warm during hot days but shutting the blinds and curtains helped. Would stay again!

Stayed Dec 29, 2021This room was comfortable, easy to access, and within walking distance from one of KC's best spots. This is a great space for a single person or couple to stay if the goal of the trip is to be out and about in the city. This was my trip's purpose so this was great for me!

Stayed Nov 19, 2021This historical building and our studio apt was full of charm and has been kept up to perfection. We didn’t want to leave since by the end of our short stay it felt like home to us! The location was perfect for walking to excellent shopping & dining. We took the short 5 minute drive to the KC Rep Theater to see A Christmas Carol one night and that too was perfection. For dinner, McCormick & Schmick was amazing with the best service, food and atmosphere. Communication with our host was perfect from start to finish and we can’t wait to stay again!
