A detached, single-story cottage of 128 m², accessible via 10 steps, set back from the road and 3 km from the center of Cassel. It features a 400 m² unfenced garden and a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Several private parking spaces are available. A fenced pond is located on the property, next to the cottage.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with 3 burners and 1 electric hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, an extractor hood, etc. There is a veranda with a dining table and two armchairs with a coffee table. The living room includes a desk and an 80 cm flat-screen TV. There are three bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed. Two separate toilets, one with a washbasin, and a bathroom with a 140 x 100 cm walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a changing table.

All-inclusive accommodation (energy costs, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning). First basket of firewood provided for the wood-burning stove; additional baskets are €10 each.
