Interested in bringing your own boat The boat house/marina on the property is occupied with owner's boats and off limits to rental guests. However, there is a marina at the next door neighborhood/community which is walking distance with available slip for about $25 per day. Trailer storage also available next to boat slip since watercraft or trailers are not permitted at the house.
