Sophisticated waterfront Sandbridge cottage on Back Bay, minutes to the ocean.

It was really relaxing to sit by the water and enjoy the breeze and the sunshine. We spent a great deal of our time on the the patio by the water. We had no trouble with the directions that Mark left for us as far as checking in, where things were in the park, or how to access the internet.We had a great time, and are looking forward to another visit next year.

Great community amenities - pool, gym, and full bathroom. The condo itself had extra beach supplies, coffee machines with extra k-pods and coffee grind, and tons of cooking supplies.Lovely place to stay if you're looking for a quiet retreat. Mark was an excellent host, answering questions in a timely manner.World stay here again. Also, make sure to try the donuts down at Sandbridge market 10/10.

Everything was as described. Well thoughout. Easy checkin and checkout. Quiet. Friendly people. Home has what you need, and the host provides more than you would expect. Cozy and comfortable! Will look forward to another stay!

Overall, a lovely little place just a few minutes walk to the beach. The AC worked beautifully, and despite the small space, the unit felt inviting and homey.Small issue: the place is starting to slide into disrepair. For example, the shower unit (both the spout and the faucet) were nearly falling out of the wall.Big issue: I just received an email saying the property owner dinged with with a (bogus) property damage charge, claiming I broke the screen and made a screw from the door handle disappear (???). Ridiculous. Please beware that if you stay here, the owner may blame you for their neglect.

Property was great. VRBO screwed up our reservation. They charged us more than was originally quoted and cut our stay from 7 days down to 6 days. Property manager said that he couldn't do anything about it. I will think twice about VRBO next time.

We loved our stay. Lots of dolphins and other wildlife within walking distance. Gated community so we didn't have to worry about theft. The daily visit from wild turtles begging for food was adorable

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was vert cozy and cute. It was super cool being able to walk across the street to the beach. I used the kayaks a couple of times which was a real treat for me. I felt very safe in the community and the people were very friendly.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and spent each morning and evening relaxing on the expansive and beautiful porch overlooking the water sipping coffee or eating chocolate. The RV had everything we needed -- even bug repellent to keep the mosquitos at bay! Very cozy, adorably decorated, all appliances and facilities operated as they should. Plenty of pillows and extra towels. The neighborhood was so private and quiet; we walked and biked through it. Beach is conveniently across the street and, though a beach buggy, kayaks, and other items were provided for us, it was too chilly for us to do anything but get our feet wet. Check in was easy. Found seafood restaurants within easy walking and/or driving distance, and the visit to Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park was worth all the walking we did! Definitely would stay here again.

Cutest little home away from home. Easy to find. Easy check-in. Great communication from owner. Very clean. Everything we needed. Hope to return.

A very well-appointed and clean property! Fantastic decking! The owner stocked the home with many necessities. Great decor; very inviting and comfortable. We didn't use the property amenities, but they looked nice. We highly recommend this property and the owner!
