The property was almost as expected …minus the bed bugs. I reached out to the host to notify and she did not respond until vrbo had to contact her the next day. At 4pm She said if I could be out by 6 I would get a full refund. I told her that wasn’t possible because I was presently at a wedding. She asked why I would stay there if I thought there was bed bugs and I told her since I got in so late the night before I had no other options, not to mention everything in the area was booked. She proceeded to tell me there was not bedbugs and I was mistaking a potato bug. This is not true. I have eyes and Google. It makes having to bring your own sheets make a lot more sense for a vacation rental. I door dashed brand new sheets that had not yet arrived when the bug situation happened. I said I understand I was still staying there so I did not expect a full refund but a partial would have been nice. I did not appreciate the way she handled the situation and I would not stay here again based on that.

Very charming cottage in great location. Quiet outside, but unfortunately all indoor noises were accentuated. The walls are just very thin I guess. Inconvenient to have to pack sheets and towels when visiting via plane. I didn't discover that part until after I booked. Luckily my son lives there and helped us with towels. Regardless, location and having a kitchen made it worth it.

The cottage we were in was extremely small with the “kitchen” quite lacking. No counter space, and no place to put food. The kitchen was poorly equipped with not everything needed if you want to cook. To get to the bathroom if someone was in the kitchen area one person had to move out of the way. There was one small dresser in one bedroom that had a broken drawer and extremely cheap so not really useable. The other bedroom had nothing for clothes. Your knees hit the bathroom door when sitting on the toilet.

Accommodations were cramped for four adults. Bathroom was tightly organized and wasn’t convenient for brushing teeth and toweling off after showering. Kitchen sink had no stopper and we had to purchase a basin to wash dishes.Parking and the no smoking policies weren’t enforced and I didn’t want a confrontation with other tenants…management should follow up when renters move in!On the positive side…the location was great for beach and downtown access, all appliances worked and we had an enjoyable stay with our family.

Please move the medicine cabinet so people can brush their teeth. Not enough room to wash or brush teeth with cabinet over sink

This was great again! This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Great location, great price, very clean. It was a wonderful vacation all around and super grateful we got to walk to the beach everyday! Wish we were still there!

Fit three people well. Everything was clean. Will be back next year most likely.
